Adventurous spirits may enjoy a trip to see the Mayan ruins of Tulum only 6 miles south of the villa. Tulum offers a unique view into the lifestyles and buildings of the elite Mayan citizens. The home is equipped with central air conditioning, which is quite rare in the area of Akumal. A backyard pool and Jacuzzi allow visitors to relax and sun on the deck.
